The program is customised to meet client needs, and as such offers a degree of flexibility and scope in delivery.
Some of the activities and areas covered can include –
- one-on-one coaching sessions,or group sessions where requested
- defined career transition skill development program

organisational effectiveness review, with focus on leadership development
and expertise, and -
time spent looking at personal needs and interests, such as work or
professional areas of development or enhancement, may include
communication skills, personal brand and marketing and training and
development, for example in utilizing social media / technology for job search - psychometric assessment and career profiling
Our Coaches
A variety of skilled coaches support the programs, each having extensive experience across areas of management / HR / organisational development / career transition, and with tertiary qualifications including Masters Applied Science Coaching Psychology (Sydney University).
Coaching, with a focus on career development, is the perfect mechanism to support the client through this time of career transition. Coaching helps the client move from problems to solutions, by providing a mechanism to re-frame the issues, explore various options, and identify preferred outcomes and action steps towards results.
