ABOUT US
Through her own business, all things HR pty ltd, Karen works with a variety of specialised coaches and associates to support senior managers directly in areas such as recruitment and retention, executive development, performance management and succession planning.
At an organisational level Karen is often called upon to consult across a variety of HR activities within remuneration, industrial relations and HR policies and procedures.
Within the coaching domain Karen works as part of a panel offering services on an individual and group capacity, and incorporating psychometric assessment and measurements such as surveys and 360 degrees feedback.
Karen also works as a sessional academic at Macquarie University in the areas of HR and International Business.
Karen is a member of the board for New Horizons Enterprises Limited - a Not for Profit Organisation working within aged care, disability,enterprise, indigenous and mental health.
